Notes:
This beer was particularly cloudy during fermentation and at bottling - might require a long time to settle. Tasted good though! Also, the lowest FG to date (1002).
Turns out the brew has dropped exceptionally bright after just a week or so in the bottle. Great brew for a relatively cheap can brew.

Temperatures:
16 C primary in brew fridge
14 C secondary fermentation
14 C in bottles
Approximate ABV:

Notes:
Attempted to use a yeast starter from the Bovell pils but it failed. Saflager S23 used fresh. Still high gravity after 1 week so kept for another in primary. Secondary fermenter leaked due to the weakening after the party brew pressure. Lost a few litres. As with the previous Wal's, this brew has brewed out very low. It's going to be quite strong!
Upon first tasting, this brew was disappointing. We seem to be having some trouble with our lagers so far! Hopefully will mature in the bottle.
